Join us for a 4 week mind and body changing experience, as we challenge you to push through any boundaries you may have, and help you reach higher you. All classes are in private studio environment, so you can see the real results.

Lean body boot camps is 12 classes and include baseline assessment, measurement’s, before and after pictures, goal setting, a guidebook, guest presenters & graduation party.

Boot camp Registration:

  • Limited enrolment-maximum 10 participants
  • Monday 8:00-930pm Wednesdays 7:00-8:30pm Saturday 11:00-12:30pm

Boot camp fee: $495 +hst =$559.35

6 month members (10% discount) =$445.50+hst=$503.42

1 year members (15% discount) =$420.75+hst=$475.45

Boot camp special : $160

5 boot camp pak with 1 hour assessment (nutrition guidelines, measurements, strength test )

    I am used to CrossFit , weight training & spinning here in Kandahar, therefore I need a very challenging workout. I return home November 5th, do you have something that can meet this challenge? 3 times a week is not enough. I train two times a day about 1 to 2 hours at each training session, 4 to 6 times a week.
