G. I. Jane fit classes are based on an intensive, 4 week program that includes a fun mix of body weight exercise, heart-pumping calisthenics, and encouraging group camaraderie. G. I. Jane Fit Classes are designed to give you a total body workout cardiovascular challenges, partner exercises, athletic drills, creative resistance training, relay races, running/walking and much more. This program is designed for people who have made a commitment about getting fit. Over the course of 4 weeks, we progressively challenge your mind and body. At the end of 4 weeks, you will increase strength, endurance and cardiovascular output; improve posture, achieve better relaxation and gain self-confidence.
